Job summary

Boeing seeks a Software Test Engineer in Maryland Heights, MO and/or Hazelwood, MO to test software for the F-15 Mission Planning systems. You will execute and maintain test procedures, report defects, and work with development to replicate and debug issues.

Required: Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years validating software against operational requirements; 3+ years creating test documentation. Familiarity with automated testing and Azure DevOps is a plus. 1st shift, US-based role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3+ years experience developing and maintaining software test documentation
• 3+ years experience with test and validate to ensure software meets operational and functional requirements

Responsibilities

• Execute and maintain test procedures and test cases for new and existing products
• Performs test in accordance with approved test plan/procedure and applicable policies
• Report and manage defects
• Regression test software fixes for new and existing products
• Participate in Requirements and Functional Specifications reviews of new features and verify these requirements are reflected in the test specifications
• Document, troubleshoot and follow up on issues found during testing
• Actively work with other members of the team to constantly improve the process, tools and effectiveness of the team
• Assist Development with replicating and debugging problems
