Goldbelt Integrated Logistics Services (GbILS) seeks a Material Coordinator to support NASA Armstrong Flight Research Center at Edwards AFB, CA. You will handle supply, equipment, property disposal, mail, and transportation management per the PWS and NASA directives.

Responsibilities include maintaining accountability of NASA equipment, processing transactions, and ensuring timely material flow. Forklift and material handling tasks may be required; SECRET clearance may be needed for mail duties.

Qualificações

• Ability to safely lift to 50 lbs.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and via email
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position including being on your feet most of the day and lifting requirements
• Ability to be trained in the use of warehouse tools and manual material handling equipment

Responsabilidades

• Support contract Logistics Services: Supply and Materials Management, Equipment Management, Property Disposal, Transportation Management, Mail Management
• Perform duties per PWS sections including Equipment and Property Disposal Management
• Provide logistics support for identification, control and accountability of NASA-owned equipment
• Assist with Property Disposal and Reutilization of Excess Property
• May provide mail services for the AFRC community and process mail types
• Possibly obtain SECRET clearance if trained to support mail duties
• Maintain NAS A publications references and procedures
• Create catalog records and process equipment transactions
• Move and ship property and coordinate inspections
• Assist with office moves and vehicle documentation
• Ensure timeliness and quality per Performance Requirements Summary
• Compile production or inventory reports
• Operate non-CDL trucks or material handling equipment as needed
