Cirrus Aircraft is seeking a Flight Logistics Intern to create and manage the flight operations schedule for training, corporate flights, and events. You will coordinate with multiple teams to adjust plans, maintain records, and ensure compliance with FAA/EASA requirements.

The role emphasizes world-class service, proactive scheduling, and collaboration with Flight Operations, Training, and Delivery Experience to support Cirrus’ flight programs.

Qualifications

• Current student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Junior or Senior in good academic standing.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet established deadlines.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, build, and maintain an efficient schedule for Cirrus Flight Ops and events.
• Coordinate with Flight Training, Account Management, and Delivery Experience to adjust schedules.
• Facilitate aircraft movements with Fleet Managers and Maintenance Controllers.
• Receive and schedule corporate flight requests for Sales, Marketing, and Executives.
• Ensure records for training events and flights comply with FAA/EASA requirements.
• Uphold safety culture and schedule compliance with FAA FARs and Cirrus policies.
• Assist with escalations for AOG events and customer needs with timely resolutions.
• Forecast pilot needs for domestic and international missions and resolve issues.
