Job summary

Boeing Qatar Incorporated seeks a F15QA Flight Line Plans and Scheduling/MOC (Maintenance Controller) to support Al Udeid Air Base. Responsibilities include leading TCTOs/TCIs/SIs, maintaining aircraft documentation, and coordinating with maintenance and logistics teams to ensure timely execution of changes and fleet health.

The role requires 1 year of USAF records management experience, flexibility for shifts, and the ability to obtain the US Security Clearance.

Qualifications

• 1 year of USAF aircraft records management experience.
• Willing to work variable shifts including weekends and overtime.
• Ability to obtain the US Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage TCTOs, TCIs, and SIs for assigned aircraft with stakeholders.
• Review and document aircraft 781 forms to ensure TCTOs/TCIs/SIs are scheduled and documented.
• Coordinate with CLS Site Managers and teams to ensure parts and tooling are available for TCTOs/TCIs/SIs.
• Chair and clarify new TCTOs; lead planning meetings with internal and external parties.
• Coordinate with supply logistics and maintenance teams to ensure on-hand parts and equipment for TCTOs/TCIs/SIs.
• Ensure Immediate Action and Urgent Action TCTOs are communicated within 24 hours to maintenance leadership.
• Monitor sortie generation, maintenance production, and schedules; communicate priorities for limited resources.
• Track aircraft generation status, cross-country changes, and maintain historical maintenance data.
• Provide SME on maintenance scheduling and AFTO form management to QA and leadership.
• Support AMXS/AMU and participate in daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly planning sessions.
