Job Summary

Responsible for operating, testing, modifying, troubleshooting, repairing, and inspecting all aircraft systems using approved aircraft data. Proficiently operate and understand a wide variety of test equipment and tooling. Must be able to interpret technical manuals and engineering data to support tasks. Complete assigned tasks within the allocated hourly budget and on schedule, maintaining quality standards and performing tasks within safety regulations and requirements.

Minimum Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Basic computer skills.
• Airframe & Powerplant (A & P) certificate, or equivalent experience (minimum of 2 years experience as an aircraft mechanic).

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an aircraft mechanic (experience is not cumulative).
• Proficient with using hand tools and precision equipment.
• Capable of reading and interpreting approved aircraft diagrams, charts, schematics, and maintenance procedures.

• Able to work on maintenance stands, lifts, and ladders, work in confined spaces, and unusual positions.
• Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and enter/exit the aircraft using steps or stairs.
• Must not be allergic to jet fuel, oils, hydraulic fluids, or cleaning solvents.

Additional Desired Qualifications

• Aircraft experience, preferably on Falcon aircraft.
• Experience in a production environment.

Compensation And Benefits

The pay ranges from $24 to $31 per hour. Overtime eligibility, shift differentials, or relocation assistance may apply. Final compensation depends on experience, certifications, location, and shift.
