Immediately hiring a Permanent Full Time Experienced Mid-Level Diesel Technician to support our Truck Fleet at Ryder in Little Rock, Arkansas.

• Hourly Pay: $26.57 per hour
• Certification Bonus of $100 for each new ASE Certification obtained, up to $700
• Quarterly Bonus: up to $500 every quarter
• Sign-On Bonus: $1250 at 30 days and $1250 at 90 days
• Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday
• Hours: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Vocational or technical certifications preferred
• Basic tools required
• Experience in mechanical repair of automotive gas or diesel engines, including routine maintenance
• At least 2 years of combined training and experience preferred
• Valid CDL Class A preferred

This position requires driving Ryder vehicles. To become an employee, you must:

• Obtain CDL within 6 months of hire
• Pass Ryder drug test, DOT physical, road test, and background checks
