Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English & possess basic math skills.
• Able to use various kitchen equipment (i.e. ovens, steamers, grills, deep fryers).
• Knowledge of various knives and cutlery as well as their specific uses.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hot food items for domestic flights efficiently.
• Cook food from raw to finished state following long preparation times.
• Prepare meals in compliance with flight schedules.
