Job summary

FlightSafety International is seeking a Flight Instructor to deliver high-quality ground and simulator instruction in accordance with aviation regulations and FlightSafety principles.

The role requires developing training materials, evaluating trainee progress, and maintaining instructor qualifications. Candidates should be prepared to work at Learning Centers in the United States and travel as needed while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of aviation safety standards and practices.
• Knowledge of common aviation regulations.
• Ability to manage classes and teach effectively.
• First-level facilitation skills.
• First-level customer service skills.
• Ability to be coachable and receive feedback to support development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pilot ground and simulator training for clients.
• Develop and prepare training materials to meet client needs.
• Evaluate and measure trainee progress and recommend for qualification or additional training.
• Complete accurate training records for each client.
• Identify training issues and seek assistance prior to execution.
• Maintain Instructor qualifications per regulatory requirements.
