Job summary

Pilot Rise, LLC seeks flight instructors to deliver safe, structured flight and ground instruction at Dallas-area airports. Instructors prepare thoroughly for each lesson, maintain detailed training records, and communicate clearly with students and the team to develop capable pilots.

The role requires a CFI path with 300+ flight hours and excellent communication skills, plus willingness to learn Pilot Rise standards.

Qualifications

• CFI certificate required before serving as an instructor.
• Total flight time of at least 300 hours before beginning regular duties.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
• Strong customer-service mindset and teamwork.
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and teach Pilot Rise standards.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to work irregular hours including weekends and holidays.
