Job summary

Aero Simulation, Inc. in Tampa, FL is seeking a Flight Dynamics Engineer to develop, integrate, test, and validate physics-based aircraft models for flight simulators.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of aerodynamics, aircraft dynamics, performance, stability and control.
• Academic or professional experience with C/C++.
• Experience with Linux and Windows environments; software development and testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain flight dynamics models and related simulation software.
• Analyze aircraft performance data to validate models.
• Develop fidelity tests (AFTs) and QTGs for simulator validation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineers to resolve issues.
