Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field required.
• 1+ years of experience with fixed-wing or rotary wing aircraft.
• Experience in hardware systems test, lab testing, or systems engineering.
• Experience in Flight Control Systems and aircraft integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document complex electronic and electrical system requirements.
• Test and validate designs to meet operational and functional specs.
• Troubleshoot and sustain V-22 Flight Control System across mechanical, hydro, electronic, and software domains.
• Load, configure, and verify flight control software and avionics configurations for test aircraft.
• Support pre/post flight briefings; document findings and actions.
• Diagnose squawks and coordinate corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
• Build a systems-level understanding of FCS architecture and interfaces.
• Coordinate with government customers and pilots in a team environment.
• Produce technical reports, test logs, and handover docs.
