Job summary

Lockheed Martin Corporation in Palmdale, CA is seeking an experienced supervisor to oversee the interior completion of aircraft, including sub-assemblies, avionics, and mechanics. You will coordinate production activities at multiple sites, ensuring compliance with customer, engineering, and FAA specifications while guiding a diverse team toward on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years in aerospace or defense manufacturing with one year of direct supervisory responsibility leading crews performing test and build activities.
• Ability to enforce live-power safety standards and collaborate with ESH teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated success motivating cross-functional teams, delivering measurable performance gains, and managing conflict in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; capable of presenting concise briefings, conducting effective shift handovers, and producing formal status reports.
• Experience applying business metrics, cost, schedule, and quality to influence decisions and improve overall performance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Excel for collaboration, reporting, and data analysis.
• Final Secret DOD with Special Access security clearance required.

Basic Qualifications

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $81500.00 - $151300.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
