Synectic Solutions, Inc. (SSI) seeks a Tactical Operations and Air/Weapons Specialist (Journeyman) to support the Navy’s Portfolio Acquisition Executive for Robotic & Autonomous Systems (PAE RAS) as a Flight Clearance Product Developer at Patuxent River Naval Air Station in Lexington Park, MD.

The AIR PMO handles unmanned systems, testing, certification, and integration for shipboard and shore-based operations. Salary range $110,688.00–$123,378.00 and requires U.S.

Qualifications

• Experience in Flight Operations as a crew member on aeronautical platforms, either crewed or unmanned.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to work independently with little guidance.
• Self-sufficient, motivated and proactive in completing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for FC information and knowledge for assigned platforms.
• Coordinate and manage all FC products for the designated scope.
• Track and ensure IFC content transitions to Permanent FC.
• Create and present tracking reports to PMA and stakeholders.
• Develop content and facilitate FC progression during engineering reviews for airworthiness.
