Job summary

Frontier Airlines is hiring Flight Attendants to keep safety at the core of every flight and to deliver exceptional inflight service. You will conduct safety checks, assist passengers, and work with a crew to maintain a welcoming cabin.

Training is provided, with unpaid initial weeks and lodging/meals benefits as applicable. Eligibility includes 20+ years old, valid passport, English fluency, a high school diploma or GED, and at least six months of customer-facing experience.

Qualifications

  • Must speak fluent English (reading, writing and speaking).
  • Six months of customer service or guest-facing experience required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Professional appearance with no visible tattoos.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a crew.
  • Comfortable assisting customers in varying operational environments.
  • Must meet physical and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain safety as the top priority on every flight.
  • Perform required safety checks and demonstrations and operate doors and emergency equipment.
  • Provide inflight service and respond to medical or security situations.
  • Assist customers from boarding to arrival and ensure a welcoming experience.
  • Deliver clear PA announcements and handle cabin communications.
  • Support onboard sales and keep the cabin organized and ready for service.
  • Work with crew to ensure safe, efficient inflight operations.
  • Be prepared to respond quickly to emergencies and follow procedures.
