Job summary

Frontier Airlines is seeking a Flight Attendant based in Denver or other U.S. bases to join our team. You will prioritize safety, assist customers from boarding to arrival, and deliver friendly, professional inflight service in dynamic conditions.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, be fluent in English, and show at least six months of customer service. Training is 3.5 weeks and unpaid; lodging and meals are provided.

Qualifications

  • Be at least 20 years old to begin the interview process.
  • Hold a valid passport book with at least 14 months of remaining validity and be able to travel internationally.
  • Be fluent in English, including reading, writing and speaking.
  • Have a high school diploma or GED.
  • Have at least six months of customer service or guest-facing experience, such as hospitality, retail, food service, call center or similar work.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Maintain a professional appearance with no visible hand, neck or face tattoos.
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a crew.
  • Be comfortable assisting customers in a changing operational environment.
  • Meet the physical and safety requirements of the role.

Responsibilities

  • Keep safety at the center of every flight and follow FAA and Frontier safety procedures.
  • Conduct required preflight equipment and cabin safety checks.
  • Prepare, secure and operate aircraft doors and emergency equipment; deliver safety demonstrations.
  • Monitor the cabin for safety and security throughout the flight.
  • Respond to emergencies and medical situations as needed.
  • Support customers during boarding, deplaning and throughout the journey.
  • Provide clear, helpful, customer-focused service and communications.
  • Keep the cabin organized and service-ready, including beverage and snack service.
