Job summary

Avelo Airlines is hiring Flight Attendants in Concord, North Carolina. Join a growing team focused on safety, service, and delivering the Avelo Experience on every flight.

You will be the main point of contact for customers onboard, handle in-flight service, and support our One Crew culture in a fast-paced environment. Eligible candidates will work local day trips with a rotating schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to report to base within 2 hours.
• Must complete all training requirements.
• Must relocate to base assignment at own expense after training.
• Must be able to work a rotating schedule with up to 16-hour duty days, nights, weekends, holidays, and days away from home.
• Present a neat professional appearance and adhere to uniform guidelines.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, security, welfare, and comfort of customers and crewmembers.
• Respond to in-flight emergencies and support safe operations.
• Contribute to smooth aircraft operations and timely reporting.
• Deliver a caring customer experience from boarding to deplaning and serve as an ambassador of the Avelo brand.
• Adhere to regulations and company materials, maintain qualifications, and stay updated with flight attendant manuals and playbooks.
• Collaborate with crew and leadership to build customer loyalty and support on-board service and revenue initiatives.
