We value quick learners who can adapt to a rotating schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The role requires eligibility to work in the United States, a valid passport, and willingness to relocate to base after training.

Qualifications

• Must be able to understand, speak, read, and write English fluently.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must possess a valid United States passport (or foreign passport with applicable VISAs) prior to application with at least six months validity remaining.
• Must be able to relocate to base assignment after training.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety, security, welfare, and comfort of all Customers and Crewmembers.
• Respond safely and effectively to a broad range of in-flight emergencies.
• Contribute to the smooth and efficient operations of all aircraft and flight schedules.
• Complete incident and safety reporting with accuracy and timeliness.
• Deliver the Avelo Experience by creating a caring customer experience on every flight and serving as an ambassador of the Avelo brand.
• Be the primary point of contact for Customer issues onboard and provide creative resolutions.
