SUMMARY

The Manufacturing Analyst supports daily manufacturing operations by coordinating workorders, materials, inventory, and production planning through effective use of ERP systemsand accurate tracking of output and metrics. It also assists with month-end close, continuousimprovement initiatives, and various administrative tasks to ensure timely, efficient, andwell-controlled manufacturing processes.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work order processing, initiating, distributing and monitoring.
• Request material issuance for all work orders
• Purchase Requisition entry as needed
• Compare planned build to customer need date and track on time completion.
• Support all Connections manufacturing activities.
• Monitor month end activities required for timely closing process.
• Involvement in any future continuous improvement project implementation.
• Issue ERP Manufacturing Work Orders for all Production Runs, and distribute to appropriate personnel
• Tracking of actual Manufacturing Output against Budgeted & Planned
• Assist with inventory counts.
• Prepare work orders for all outside services; request PO’s; monitor.
• Report Daily & Weekly Metrics
• Perform other duties as assigned.
