Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement customizations and extensions to FlexPLM solutions, including modifying existing systems to fix errors, upgrade interfaces, and enhance performance.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing FlexPLM environments.
• Conduct gap analysis, perform data integration, and manage data migrations as needed.
• Analyze client data models and advise on data cleanup, manipulation, and migration strategies.
• Develop clean, efficient code based on customer specifications.
• Install, customize, and integrate software solutions independently.
• Coordinate project activities across teams or departments.
• Design and implement enterprise PLM database solutions for data storage and retrieval.
• Evaluate and recommend software technologies and strategies to optimize performance.
• Advise customers on improvements to database systems based on industry knowledge.
• Demonstrate PLM database functionalities, including performance, security, and reliability.
• Provide comprehensive support to customers and internal teams.
• Support business development initiatives with upper management.
• Perform maintenance and provide guidance on software systems.
• Develop and execute software testing procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Programming, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Software Developer, Engineer, or similar role.
• 3+ years of experience with PTC FlexPLM, Windchill Java/JSP, VB/VC++, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Aptitude for learning new technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
