What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support low-latency electronic trading systems and ensure operational stability
- Build and manage process management and monitoring toolkits using scripting languages, preferably Python
- Coordinate, plan, and execute firm-wide changes within a global change management framework
- Troubleshoot and prioritize complex network and systems issues from hardware to software applications
- Collaborate with developers, quants, and traders to enhance functionality of existing and new trading systems

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Science, or a similar technical field
- Strong understanding of Linux operating systems
- Proven experience configuring and managing low-latency, high-availability trading systems
- Ability to triage and troubleshoot complex network and systems issues
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with scripting languages, particularly Python
- Familiarity with networking concepts such as DNS, HTTP, TCP, and UDP
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to build trust with trading and technology teams
