Job summary

StretchLab - Virginia Beach is hiring part-time Stretch Practitioners (Flexologists) to work one-on-one with clients to improve mobility, recovery, and long-term wellness.

No prior assisted stretching experience is required—we provide paid training. You’ll lead hands-on sessions, educate clients on mobility and consistency, maintain notes, and contribute to a friendly, growth‑m oriented studio environment.

Qualifications

• Background in fitness, wellness, or movement-based disciplines with related degree or certification.
• National certification or professional license as listed.
• Comfort with hands-on client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions tailored to each client
• Create a safe, professional, and engaging experience
• Educate clients on mobility, recovery, and consistency
• Build relationships that drive retention and referrals
• Maintain client notes and manage recurring sessions
• Participate in light sales conversations (no prior sales experience required)
• Support studio operations and cleanliness
