Job summary

StretchLab - South Sarasota is seeking personable fitness professionals to join our team as trainers, massage therapists, physical therapists, or instructors for dance/yoga/Pilates. We offer exposure to a new modality within a leading brand that focuses on one-on-one assisted stretching and member retention.

Our Flexologists provide personalized sessions and lead guided classes, with training and growth opportunities in a boutique fitness environment.

Qualifications

• Love of boutique fitness environment and passion for stretching, mobility and flexibility.
• Experience in a fitness/health setting providing hands-on training to clients.
• Fitness certification required.
• Ability to create a positive environment welcoming all people.
• Excellent communication and empathy with clients.
• Reliable work ethic and adherence to attendance policies.
• Available to complete Flexologist Training Program (2 days) and 20–25 hours of online tutorials + 20 practice hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions.
• Encourage and motivate clients during stretch sessions.
• Build StretchLab membership and retain current clientele.
• Ensure safety of clients regarding proper stretch techniques and policies.
• Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations.
• Assist sales associates and GM with studio tours and sales as needed.
• Maintain social media presence to promote client membership and retention.
• Keep equipment clean and ready for client use.
