Qualifications

• Degree or coursework in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Athletic Training, or related field.
• CPR/AED Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Hands-on experience working with clients preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead assisted stretch sessions tailored to client needs.
• Perform mobility assessments and build custom stretch programs.
• Educate clients on functional movement and posture.
