Job summary

A wellness studio in San Clemente seeks a Flexologist (Certified Stretch Practitioner) to improve client mobility through expert stretching sessions. Ideal candidates should have a degree or certification related to kinesiology or exercise science, along with a current fitness certification. Enjoy a supportive studio environment that promotes personal growth and wellness. Compensation is $25 per 50-minute client session, plus paid training.

Qualifications

• Must have CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain).
• 1+ years of hands-on experience in fitness, therapy, or wellness.
• Strong anatomy and movement background required.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with clients for expert stretch sessions.
• Share knowledge of anatomy and mobility to empower clients.
• Build strong client relationships and track progress.
• Support studio marketing and represent the StretchLab brand.
• Participate in ongoing training and mentorship.

Education

Degree or certification in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or related field

Current fitness certification from recognized organizations
