Qualifications

• CPR/AED Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Hands-on experience working with clients in a movement or rehab setting is preferred.
• Certification in Personal Training, Massage Therapy, or a related modality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-on-one assisted stretch sessions tailored to client needs.
• Perform initial mobility assessments and build custom stretch programs.
• Educate clients on functional movement, posture, and recovery techniques.
