StretchLab Pasadena is seeking a Stretch Therapist (Flexologist) to join our team. Deliver one-on-one assisted stretches and lead group stretch classes for clients, helping them improve mobility and flexibility in a boutique fitness setting.

The role requires fitness certification, excellent communication, empathy, and a passion for customer service. You'll work with clients, book sessions, and contribute to member retention while upholding safety and studio policies.

Qualifications

• Must have fitness certification.
• Excellent communication and empathy for clients.
• Ability to create a positive environment for diverse clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and group stretch classes for up to 6 clients.
• Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions.
• Build StretchLab membership and retain current clientele through sales.
• Manage client care and deliver best-in-class stretching experience.
• Schedule and book weekly recurring appointments; update client notes.
