Qualifications

• Degree or certification in kinesiology, exercise science, sports medicine, or human movement.
• Certification from NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, ISSA, AFAA, NESTA, NCCPT, NFPT, or NCSF.
• Licensed as Physical Therapist, PTA, Massage Therapist, Chiropractor, or Athletic Trainer.
• Credentialed in Yoga, Pilates, Barre, or Dance with movement training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Transformative Stretch Sessions one-on-one with clients.
• Be the Go-To Expert in Movement and educate on posture, recovery, performance, and injury prevention.
• Create a Studio Experience People Rave About by building relationships with clients.
• Be a Studio Ambassador and welcome new clients, answer questions, and create a positive atmosphere.
• Participate in regular training and ongoing education with a dedicated, driven team.
• Work in a collaborative, high-energy environment in the heart of Howell; change lives through movement.

Deliver Transformative Stretch Sessions
Work one-on-one with clients using personalized stretching protocols that improve mobility, flexibility, and overall wellness.

Educate clients on posture, recovery, performance, and injury prevention. Your expertise becomes their trusted resource.

Team up with the front desk and membership staff to welcome new clients, answer questions, and create a positive, inviting atmosphere.

Youre a wellness enthusiast with a deep understanding of movement and the human body. You bring energy, empathy, and professionalism into every sessionand you love making a difference.
Required (Pick One):

• Degree or certification in: Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sports Medicine, Human Movement, or similar
• Certification from: NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, ISSA, AFAA, NESTA, NCCPT, NFPT, or NCSF
• Licensed as: Physical Therapist, PTA, Massage Therapist, Chiropractor, or Athletic Trainer
• Credentialed in: Yoga, Pilates, Barre, or Dance, with strong anatomy and movement training

Bonus Qualifications

• CPR/AED Certified (or willing to get certified)
• 1+ year experience in fitness, wellness, or hands-on client work
• Strong grasp of functional movement and anatomy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A team player with a professional, upbeat attitude
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, client-focused studio
