First Quality in Anderson, SC seeks a Press Operator for our Print & Packaging facility. You will operate, set up, and change over printing equipment under the Production Manager, ensuring safety and quality.

You should have a High School Diploma and manufacturing experience; Flexographic printing is a plus. This 12-hour shift role requires physical stamina, adherence to GMP and SQF, and a commitment to continuous learning.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working in manufacturing.
• Flexographic printing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates and maintains printing machinery following standard procedures.
• Keeps a record of machine operation and troubleshooting.
• Maintains product quality and ensures proper materials are in place.
• Assists with maintenance and training of other employees as needed.
• Follows GMP, OSHA, SQF, and company policies.
