First Quality Print & Packaging in Anderson, SC is seeking a Press Operator to operate, maintain and change over flexographic printing equipment. You will follow GMP/OSHA/SQF rules, keep work areas clean, and ensure product quality during long 12-hour shifts.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and manufacturing experience. You will collaborate with maintenance, train others, and help sustain safety and quality standards across the line.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing environments.
• Flexographic printing experience preferred.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
• Must follow GMP, OSHA, SQF and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, set up, and change over printing machines.
• Maintain quality standards for the product.
• Keep the machine and surrounding area clean; perform housekeeping.
• Assist maintenance personnel as required.
• Assist with training of other employees.
• Record operation data and troubleshoot problems; perform root cause analysis when issues arise.
