Job summary

XPRTAS Talent Acquisition in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Printing Press Operator to operate a Mark Andy flexographic press, install rollers, plates, inks and dies, and ensure quality through careful setup and maintenance.

The role requires reading and interpreting safety guidelines, basic math, and mechanical aptitude; overtime and shift flexibility are expected. Training and safety protocols are emphasized from day one.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of flexographic printing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and operating instructions.
• Mechanical aptitude or test passed.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, maintain and operate a Mark Andy 16"- 20" flexographic press.
• Install Anilox rollers, plates, inks and dies into proper stations and adjust for quality.
• Notify supervision of needed repairs and replacement parts.
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained and safe to operate.
• Understand documents related to the printing process and adhere to specifications.
