The role supports our Green Bay facility, producing high quality labels and packaging with HP or UV digital print technologies. Shift: 2nd, Monday–Friday, 2pm–10pm, with training on 1st shift.

Qualifications

• Must have high school education.
• Certified Operator preferred.
• Experience with computers and touchscreen devices is preferred.
• Lean Manufacturing and ISO quality system knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate HP or UV digital print technologies.
• Provide color management support on every project.
• Collaborate with production team to deliver high quality labels and packaging.
• Focus on product quality, safety, and waste management.
• Learn the business by fulfilling customer needs.
