Qualifications

  • Ability to read and interpret production documents and work orders.
  • Ability to perform basic math.
  • Ability to accurately read rulers, scales, and precision measuring devices.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret job orders, work instructions, and production specifications.
  • Set up flexographic printing presses for production.
  • Start and operate printing presses.
  • Run approval samples and inspect printed materials before full production begins.
  • Inspect printed product throughout production for quality issues.
  • Make machine adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards.
  • Mix inks to achieve proper color matching and viscosity requirements.
  • Clean printing plates, cylinders, dies, and press components.
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance on assigned equipment.
  • Maintain accurate production documentation and communicate production issues to supervisors.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with company housekeeping standards.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and quality control requirements.

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday - Friday | Day and Swing Shifts Available

Location: Lake Oswego, OR

Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Flexographic Press Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining flexographic printing presses to produce high-quality printed labels and packaging materials that meet customer specifications.

The ideal candidate has experience operating flexographic presses, enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and is committed to producing quality work while maintaining safety and equipment reliability.

Key Responsibilities
