Work Environment
This role operates primarily in a manufacturing environment with potential safety and health hazards typical of an industrial setting. You will regularly work around moving mechanical equipment and may need to get on and off machinery and use stairs. The environment may include non-toxic or nuisance chemical smells, airborne dust, high noise levels, and hot or humid conditions. Hearing protection, safety shoes, eye protection, and other personal protective equipment are required in manufacturing areas. The position also involves routine use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines for documentation and communication. Work is performed on a night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM on a 2-2-3 rotation, with one week at 36 hours and the next at 48 hours, including every other weekend. Initial training takes place on day shift for at least one month to ensure thorough onboarding and skill development.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $32.00/hr.
