Job summary

Online Labels Group seeks a Flexographic Press Operator in Florida to run a flexographic printing press and produce high-quality labels that meet production schedules and customer requirements.

Minimum 1+ year of flexographic printing experience is required. The role offers a Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday schedule from 6:30am to 5:00pm with pay up to $25.00/hour based on experience and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Strong ability to communicate and collaborate with coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Run 4 to 10 color flexographic printing jobs (process and spot color).
• Produce labels matching proofs and color standards.
• Follow quality management system procedures.
• Communicate job-specific information or changes to the supervisor promptly.
• Complete quality documents to ensure procedures adherence.
• Inspect and clean press parts and report repairs/maintenance.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 6:30am-5:00pm.

Pay

Up to $25.00/hour based on experience.

What you'll do

• Run 4 to 10 color jobs including process and spot color printing.
• Produce labels that match customer signed proofs and color standards.
• Follow established quality management system procedures.
• Communicate job-specific information or changes to the supervisor in a timely manner to minimize production downtime.
• Complete quality documents to ensure adherence to procedures.
• Inspect and clean press parts regularly and report a need for repairs/maintenance.
• Adhere to all established safety practices.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands

• The employee is regularly required to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions involving hands, wrists, and arms.
• The employee frequently uses hands and fingers to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
• The employee is required to walk, reach with hands and arms, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds regularly, with or without assistance.
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus to inspect materials and products.
• The employee must be able to safely work in a fast-paced production and warehouse environment.
