Job summary

BayTech Label, a subsidiary of Online Labels Group, is seeking a Production Setup Associate in Saint Petersburg, FL. The role involves gathering materials used in production, assisting the flexographic press operator with setup tasks, and maintaining clean press areas to ensure smooth operations.

Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm, with an hourly rate of $15.00. The position requires 3–6 months of warehouse experience and a high school diploma or GED.

What You'll Do

• Collecting/returning materials, inks (includes mixing), dies, and miscellaneous supplies from the assigned presses.
• Assists the press operator in basic setup operations on flexographic presses.
• Cleaning of press equipment.
• Responsible for collecting trash and stocking supplies on assigned presses.

Physical Demands

• The employee is regularly required to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions involving hands, wrists, and arms.
• The employee frequently uses hands and fingers to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
• The employee is required to walk, reach with hands and arms, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds regularly, with or without assistance.
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus to inspect materials and products.
• The employee must be able to safely work in a fast-paced production and warehouse environment.
