Job summary

NextPage in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Flexographic Press Operator for the 3rd shift (Sunday – Thursday, 10:00pm – 6:00am). You will prepare, run, and own the printed work from the press and plate maker, while troubleshooting mechanical issues.

You should have Flexographic printing experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and strong mechanical aptitude. The position offers training on modern printing equipment and comprehensive benefits.

What’s the shift and pay

We’re hiring for 3rd shift: Sunday – Thursday, 10:00pm – 6:00am

Starting pay range: $18 – $24 per hour plus 15% shift differential

Your New Role

As the Flexographic Press Operator, you will make ready, run, and have the overall responsibility of the printed work that come off the press and plate maker. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting mechanical issues.

• Help troubleshoot print and job planning issues as needed
• Navigate and use the controls of a printing and plating device
• Perform daily press startup and shutdown maintenance

What You Need To Succeed

• Experience with Flexographic Printing
• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Mechanic aptitude
• Very detail oriented and motivated
