Job summary

Ideal candidates will have high mechanical aptitude, strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to learn and operate multiple printing machines. Experience with Mark Andy equipment is a MUST.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with Mark Andy printing equipment – a MUST.
• Narrow Web printing experience preferred.
• Vocational/technical training preferred; on-the-job training provided.
• Physically able to operate printing machines.

Responsibilities

• Operate flexo presses and ensure materials and tooling are ready for efficient workflow.
• Run press and complete jobs in an efficient manner.
• Assist with quality control in the pressroom.
• Perform routine maintenance on printing machines.
• Draft and submit reports for daily production totals.
• Maintain a clean area around printing machinery.
• Troubleshoot printing machines and perform basic repairs.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
