Job summary

RRD is seeking a Printing and Bindery Specialist to support press operations in Kentucky. The role involves loading materials, making equipment adjustments, delivering components for setup, and assisting with make-ready tasks to maintain a steady production flow.

Qualifications

• Able to operate hand carts, pallet jacks, stackers, and hydraulic feed mechanisms.

Responsibilities

• Load paper or raw materials (inks, glues, etc.) into feeders, hoppers, bins to ensure a constant flow while the equipment runs.
• Make adjustments to equipment such as feeder mechanism based on paper size.
• Deliver equipment components such as plates or spray heads to the equipment for installation.
• Recycle old/discarded plates.
• Provide basic assistance to make-ready the equipment for operation.
• Assist with retrieving plates, hanging plates and recycling/storing plates and other tasks associated with make-ready of the plates.

Thesalary range for this role at the noted RRD location is $16.50 - $22.00 / hour. Starting pay decisions are determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, skills, experience, certifications, proficiency, performance, shift, location, and other business needs.Typically, roles follow step progressions to a target rate or set increments over time. Depending on the role, in addition to the hourly rate of pay, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and/or stand-by pay.
