Job summary

The Honey Baked Ham Company LLC in California is hiring part-time and seasonal associates to join the #HamFam. Our stores operate Monday through Saturday 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, with Sundays closed, making our schedules ideal for students, teachers, or anyone needing flexible hours.

You will assist customers, help food prep, and promote products while keeping the store clean and friendly. Pay ranges from the state minimum wage up to $18 per hour, with additional benefits such as associate discounts

Qualifications

• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior customer service or food preparation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist phone, catering, in-store lunch and retail customers with excellent service.
• Assist with food preparation for lunch, catering and retail ham and turkey.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive add-on sales.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Take initiative and stay productive throughout shift.
• Follow procedures and company policies, ensure safety and respectful workplace.
