Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer-service skills are required.

• Previous serving experience is helpful but not required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient cocktail service.
• Manage a large section of up to 50 guests across patio, lounge, and dining areas.
• Take and deliver drink orders accurately.
• Explain and promote beer, wine, and cocktail offerings.
• Recommend and upsell beverages with confidence.
• Maintain clean and organized service areas.
• Work closely with bartenders, support staff, and fellow servers.
• Deliver a memorable guest experience that reflects Avanti’s service standards.
