Job summary

Whole Foods Market, Inc. is seeking an In-Store Shopper to prepare customer orders for delivery or pickup.

You’ll support the Customer Service & E-Commerce teams, shop throughout the store for groceries, and ensure accurate, timely fulfillment while maintaining a positive store environment. The role requires flexibility for peak hours, including weekends and holidays, with shifts typically lasting 4-8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Fulfills online orders efficiently, accurately and with a sense of urgency using handheld technology and/or fixed devices.
• Ensure product and order accuracy through meticulous verification and quality control processes.
• Learn and apply product knowledge, customer service standards, and store operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Keep staging area organized and free of clutter.
• Handle in-store and online order returns and pickups.
