Job summary

ECE Subhub is seeking a warm, dependable Early Childhood Substitute Teacher to support classrooms serving children from birth to age 5. You will work with our teams to provide a safe, engaging environment and flexible weekday scheduling based on availability.

You will assist with activities, help implement lesson plans, supervise children, and build positive relationships with staff and students. Training, guidance, and regional support are provided to ensure you feel prepared and valued in your

Qualifications

• Experience with children from birth through age 5.
• Associate degree or 18 college credits in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Social Work, Human Services, Youth or Family Studies, or Elementary Education.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Family or Youth Studies, Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education with ZA or ZS endorsement, Human Services, or Child Development.
• Current CDA credential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with classroom activities and daily routines.
• Help implement lesson plans.
• Supervise children to keep them safe.
• Build positive relationships with children and staff.
• Maintain a warm and professional classroom presence.

Skills

Experience with children birth to 5

CPR Certification (Preferred)

Education

Associate degree or 18 credits in ECE/Child Development/etc.

Bachelor’s/Master’s with ZA/ZS endorsement or related degree
