ECE Subhub is seeking Early Childhood Substitute Teachers to support classrooms serving children from birth to 5 years old. We tailor weekday schedules around your availability and provide training before your first classroom assignment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children birth through age 5.
• Associate degree or 18 college credits in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Social Work, Human Services, Youth or Family Studies, or Elementary Education.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Family or Youth Studies, Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education with ZA or ZS endorsement, Human Services, or Child Development.
• Current CDA credential.
• CPR certification preferred; if not currently certified, certification will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with classroom activities and daily routines.
• Helping implement lesson plans.
• Supervising children to keep them safe.
• Building positive relationships with children and staff.
• Maintaining a warm and professional classroom presence.
