Job summary

Abacus Staffing is hiring General Warehouse Associates for multiple facilities across New Jersey. Pay rates range from $15.92 to $19.23 per hour, with both full-time and part-time opportunities.

Open positions span Carteret, Piscataway, Cranbury, Florence, and Spotswood, with shifts that vary by client and location. Responsibilities include picking, packing, loading/unloading, inspecting, labeling, and shipping preparation.

Qualifications

• No warehouse experience required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for entire shift.
• Reliable transportation to assigned location.
• Strong attention to detail and team work.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and sort products accurately according to customer orders.
• Load and unload trucks and containers.
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming merchandise.
• Label, scan, and prepare shipments for distribution.
• Maintain inventory accuracy using RF scanners and warehouse systems.
• Perform quality checks on products and shipments.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
