Job summary

Shawmut Services is seeking enthusiastic door knockers to help mobilize voters in the community. You will knock on doors, discuss the importance of voting, and log conversations in a mobile app while working your own schedule as an independent contractor.

Door knocking runs from August 18 through November 3, with the option to complete packets all at once or over several periods. Each completed packet pays $150, and additional opportunities may follow after the first successful packet.

Responsibilities

• Complete an online briefing
• Travel door-to-door in your community or in a surrounding region and knock doors to speak with voters
• Talk to voters about the upcoming election on November 3rd
• Door Knocking can be done all at once or over multiple periods of time
• Enter data from all conversations with voters into an app on your phone
