Job summary

Shawmut Services is seeking door knockers to engage voters in the community for the midterm elections. Independent contractors can work on their own schedule, visiting homes and discussing the importance of voting. Payment is $125 per completed packet, with some packets allowing multiple days to complete.

Door knocking runs from July 20th through November 3rd, with participants setting their own hours and locations. Training is provided online before starting the contract tasks.

Responsibilities

• Complete an online briefing detailing contract responsibilities.
• Travel door-to-door in your community or surrounding region to speak with voters.
• Discuss the upcoming election with voters on November 3rd.
• Door knocking can be done all at once or across multiple periods.
• Enter data from conversations into a phone app.
