Ideal candidates have California RN or LVN licensure, a bachelor's degree, and recent clinical experience in fundamentals

Qualifications

• Current California RN or LVN license required and active.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of four (4) years of clinical nursing experience within past five years.
• Minimum of one (1) year of acute care experience within past five years.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical and/or theory instruction using approved course materials.
• Develop instructional strategies that engage students and promote clinical judgment.
• Evaluate student competency using established clinical and academic standards.
• Facilitate the integration of theory into clinical practice.
• Ensure patient safety and compliance with clinical agency and university policies.
• Lead pre- and post-clinical conferences to reinforce learning.
