Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Professional Branch Flex Officer in Bloomington, MN. You will work 30–40 hours weekly with shifts that vary and a self-scheduling program, supporting client needs across multiple sites.

The role emphasizes adaptability, reliability and growth within a leading security company. Pay rate is $22.28 per hour with a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k and life insurance; licensing and background checks apply.

Qualifications

• Ability to work varying shifts, including holidays, nights and weekends.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department as needed.
• Warn violators of rule infractions and monitor entrances and exits.
• Observe departing personnel to prevent theft and ensure proper removal of property.
• Investigate accidents and incidents; maintain written logs.
• Assist customers, employees and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Make emergency notifications as necessary per site orders.
