Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Surge Merchandiser to support retail clients by stocking and displaying products, ensuring availability, and coordinating with store teams. You will travel to stores for merchandising tasks during peak periods and special projects, using a company mobile app to report results.

Applicants must have access to a personal smartphone with data, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Eligibility to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Retail or merchandising experience preferred but not required.
• Own smartphone with data plan.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Stock and display merchandise in stores per guidelines.
• Coordinate with store personnel to ensure displays are optimal.
• Complete store visits and projects; report results via mobile app.
• Assist with promotional and seasonal displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.
• Troubleshoot product/display issues with store management.
• Travel to multiple store locations within a region.
