Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking Surge Merchandisers to support retail clients by ensuring products are well-stocked and clearly displayed across multiple store locations. You will travel within a designated region, work with store teams, and use a company mobile app to complete tasks during peak periods or special projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising is preferred but not required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Must have a personal smartphone with data plan for work tasks.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Willingness to travel to multiple store locations within a region.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to lift and move products weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• English proficiency at a conversational level for real-time communication.

Responsibilities

• Stock, organize, and display merchandise in stores per guidelines.
• Coordinate with store personnel to keep displays in prime condition.
• Complete store visits and projects and report results via mobile app.
• Assist with setup and execution of promotional and seasonal displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent Anderson Merchandisers professionally.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product/display issues with store management.
• Travel to multiple store locations within a specified area or region.
